Katie Harris

Katie is a pro-active and experienced employment solicitor. With a background in industry and as a human resources adviser, Katie has the knowledge and expertise to assist clients with advice on all aspects of employment law and people management. For example, Katie assists clients with contracts, policies and procedures, redundancies and restructures and business acquisitions. Katie also regularly advises and assists clients with Employment Tribunal claims. This includes claims for unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and breach of contract.

Qualifying in 2010 and having previously worked for leading regional and niche employment law practices, Katie joined Herrington & Carmichael in September 2014.
