Office Assistant, Camberley
Due to an internal promotion we are looking to recruit an Office Assistant to provide support for our fast paced Camberley office.  This is a busy and varied role within a progressive law firm.

The successful candidate will carry out a range of administration tasks to support the team.  Duties will include photocopying, preparing initial paperwork, ordering stationery, collecting the DX, sorting and franking the post, covering reception, as well as providing other ad-hoc duties to the team.  Additionally basic secretarial support may be required.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they are capable of working on their own initiative whilst being a strong team player.  An eye for attention to detail will be essential as will excellent IT skills, and a reasonable typing speed.

Applicants must possess at least 5 GCSE’s Grade A* to C including Maths and English.  Experience of working in a legal environment is not essential, although experience within an office environment will be an advantage.  Candidates will be required to travel to our Wokingham office as required, so a car and a full driving license are essential.

Float Legal Secretary
We are looking to recruit a Float Legal Secretary to work across our two offices. Although you will be based in Camberley you will be required to travel to our Wokingham office to cover as necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary or an LPC student who is looking to work across a range of departments. The successful candidate will have experience of working within a legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a full legal secretarial service to a variety of departments including:
• typing letters and producing legal documents
• working from notes dictated onto audiotape

Office Assistant, Residential Property, Camberley

We are currently looking to recruit a Residential Property Administrator to provide support for our fast paced Residential Property department based in our modern office in Camberley. The department deals with a large number of transactions each year so this is a very busy role within our progressive law firm.
Tasks will include:

  • File opening and closing – requiring excellent attention to detail
  • Liaising with clients & lenders prior to completion to finalise accounts and to generally deal with completion of a transaction. 
  • Registrations at the Land Registry.
  • Redeeming lender’s charges, balances to clients and settling estate agents’ fees after completion.
  • Dealing with Land Registry enquiries.
  • Dealing with lender’s requirements after completion and dealing with deeds after completion

Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they are capable of working on their own initiative whilst being a strong team player. An ability to consistently maintain high standards will be essential as will excellent IT skills.

Helpdesk Engineer

Corporate and Commercial Paralegal

Trainee solicitor contracts

We are looking to recruit high calibre and varied candidates for our exciting trainee scheme.
