Victoria Wootton

Victoria is a Solicitor in the Employment team, advising both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has experience working across a variety of sectors, including independent schools, charities and commercial organisations, and regularly advises on settlement agreements, employment contracts, policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievance matters, and Employment Tribunal claims.

Victoria studied Law at the University of Reading, graduating with a First-Class degree, before completing her LPC/LLM at the University of Law, where she achieved a Distinction in both.

Alongside her legal practice, Victoria is passionate about supporting young people interested in pursuing careers in law. She is actively involved in a range of outreach and volunteering initiatives, including designing and delivering a T Level Law project with a focus in employment law for college students, as well as leading careers talks, workshops and seminars.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys travelling, taking her dog for long walks, and spending time with family and friends.
