Owais Imraan

Owais is a Paralegal in the Banking & Finance team, supporting on M&A-related financing, asset-backed lending, and fundraising matters.

Owais holds a First-Class Honours BSc in Financial Economics, having studied in London and completed a semester abroad in Denmark, where he focused on banking and accounting. Before joining the firm, Owais gained experience in investment banking at Cantor Fitzgerald, completed an Investment Analyst internship at M7 Real Estate, and undertook a Sales & Trading internship at BGC Group.

Outside of work, Owais enjoys reading about investing, technology, science, and philosophy, particularly ideas that encourage diverse thinking and challenge conventional assumptions. Owais also enjoys travelling, keeping active, and exploring new places and perspectives.
