Emilia Colston-Weeks

Emilia is a corporate solicitor, specialising in Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs) and employee incentive schemes. She also advises on general corporate matters, helping clients achieve their objectives through practical, relationship-driven advice. Her work includes advising on and preparing the documents required to facilitate EOT sales, as well as supporting companies with the implementation of employee incentive arrangements.

Emilia has experience advising on more general corporate transactions, financing matters and general commercial issues, both in private practice and in-house. She enjoys working closely with clients and guiding transactions from start to finish.

Originally from Jersey, Emilia enjoys travelling, whether it be back to the Channel Islands or further afield.
