Inez Abeynayake

Inez specialises in and provides advice on a broad range of corporate matters across multiple sectors. Her experience spans corporate advisory, banking and finance, company restructurings, and supporting shareholders (acquirers and sellers) through their acquisitions, disposals, share buybacks, and management buy-ins and buyouts.

Inez studied law at the University of Kent, achieving both an undergraduate and postgraduate degree, before completing the Legal Practice Course and training at a regional firm in the Southeast.

Inez is passionate about helping clients through both their growth and sale phases by assisting them in identifying and navigating risks, and in ensuring agreed positions are clearly reflected in key transactional documents.

Outside of work, Inez enjoys going to the gym, keeping up with her wellness routines, and spending time with her family.
