Claire is a Legal Director in our Residential Property team with more than 20 years’ experience advising individuals, investors and developers on a wide range of residential property matters. Her expertise includes high-value acquisitions and disposals, leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, new-build purchases, shared ownership transactions and property investment. Known for her pragmatic, commercial approach, Claire provides clear, practical advice and is committed to delivering exceptional client service. Having held senior roles at leading South East law firms, she has extensive experience managing complex transactions efficiently.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys gardening, spending time with her family and caring for her chickens, providing a welcome contrast to the fast-paced world of residential property.
