We are delighted to announce that Paul Wild will be our New Partner and Head of Family Law at Herrington Carmichael from 1 November 2024.
Paul is a highly experienced Family Lawyer who, for over 20 years, has dealt with a range of diverse family law cases, from child law, parental alienation, drafting pre-nuptial agreements, through to divorce and separation. He has also advised on property disputes between cohabiting couples.
Over the years, Paul has worked as a divorce and family lawyer in Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire. He is a long-term member of Resolution and trained in both Collaborative Law and as a Family Mediator.
Paul takes over the reins as the Head of Family from Sarah Speed who has successfully grown a fantastic team of family lawyers and support team. Sarah will continue to bring her years of experience and excellent service to our clients as a Partner, handing the supervisory responsibilities over to Paul where he will continue to help manage and support the drive for future growth of the team.
