Tim advises clients on a variety of real estate matters, including land acquisitions and disposals by way of unconditional or conditional contracts and long or short-term option agreements. Tim also has extensive experience acting on planning agreements as well as contracts with affordable housing providers.
Tim was formerly the Head of the Real Estate Department from 2012 until June 2023. He specialises in development work, with particular expertise in residential development. Tim is the main contact for a number of the firm’s large clients for all of their property matters.
Tim enjoys playing golf and organises a golf society for property professionals. In his spare time Tim enjoys country walks, visiting art galleries and sites of historic interest and drinking craft beer.

- Acting for developer on long term option agreement in Bracknell area granted planning permission in March 2025 for c. 230 houses.
- Acting on purchase of site for c.180 residential units with planning permission in Oxford for £20m.
- Acting for developers and landowners on strategic long terms with values regulary exceeding £10m.
- Acting on S.106 Planning Agreement for 240 unit residential development site in Surrey with its own SANG.
- Acting for a number of landowners clients on a collaboration agreement for the redevelopment of a large area of land near Bracknell.
