He assists UK businesses to ensure that they are compliant with their sponsor licence duties and responsibilities and the laws regarding the prevention of illegal working. He also advises on corporate due diligence in relation to immigration law and maintaining statutory protection under the right to work regime following mergers and acquisitions.

Usof also advises individuals on personal and family matters, including fiancé visas, spouse visas, UK ancestry, indefinite leave to remain, and naturalisation applications.
