Usof has a First Class Honours in LLB and advises UK businesses with sponsor licence application processes and subsequent applications for skilled workers and senior or specialist workers. He assists UK businesses to ensure that they are compliant with their sponsor licence duties and responsibilities and the laws regarding the prevention of illegal working. He also advises on corporate due diligence in relation to immigration law and maintaining statutory protection under the right to work regime following mergers and acquisitions.
Usof also advises individuals on personal and family matters, including fiancé visas, spouse visas, UK ancestry, indefinite leave to remain, and naturalisation applications.
Usof enjoys working out at the gym and plays sports such as football and tennis.

Usof has managed key client accounts and has been the account manager for many of his clients, which include investment banks, management consultancy firms, global advertising technology providers, social networking services as well as a higher education institute.
