Apprentice Solicitor, New Build Conveyancing

Ellan Skeet is an Apprentice Solicitor in the New Build Conveyancing department.

Prior to working at Herrington Carmichael, Ellan was a part-time swimming teacher. In 2019 Ellan joined the Office Services department at Herrington Carmichael carrying administrative tasks. Ellen then progressed her career and joined the New Build Conveyancing team as a Completions Assistant.

Within her role, Ellan oversees new build clients from exchange through to completion ensuring that the team has everything they need for a smooth completion. She deals with final paperwork, statements, and liaising with lenders and clients.
