Rochelle is the Senior HR Advisor working within the Human Resources team at Herrington Carmichael.

Rochelle first began working in HR after graduating with a law degree (LLB Hons) and has since completed her Level 5 CIPD Diploma.

A HR generalist coming from an outsourced HR background, Rochelle is passionate about all things HR and employees relations in particular. Having worked with various SMEs, Rochelle is well versed in empowering managers with sound advice and implementing policies and processes to improve operational efficiency.

In her free time, Rochelle likes to climb but is yet to brave climbing outdoors. When feeling slightly less adventurous, she enjoys baking and listening to various podcasts.
