Olivia manages IT operations and projects at Herrington Carmichael LLP, working closely with all teams to ensure smooth running of the IT systems within the firm. She is responsible for implementing new IT solutions to improve automation and efficiency of internal processes.

She has over 7 years’ experience in professional IT and project management, working in financial services and the entertainment industry.

Olivia is currently studying BSc in IT & Computing and Business Studies part-time with The Open University. She also holds PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner project management qualifications.
