Herrington Carmichael advises PCB Technical Solutions Limited on the acquisition of Diamond Air Conditioning Limited

Herrington Carmichael’s corporate team, led by Legal Director, Chris Gemson, were delighted to have worked alongside GESSEL Attorneys at Law in advising PCB Technical Solutions Limited (part of the Sescom group) on its recent acquisition of Diamond Air Conditioning Limited.

Diamond AC is a provider of HVAC services and HVAC installation services with customer footprint across both Scotland and England, having provided such services for c. 20 years. The acquisition will enable PCB to grow into the Scottish market and marks the group’s second acquisition in the United Kingdom since 2022. PCB, based in High Wycombe but operating nationally, has existing specialism in commercial and retail HVAC and mechanical projects. The acquisition of Diamond will facilitate further growth for PCB in the HVAC installation and services sector.
