The Herrington Carmichael Corporate team, led by Managing Partner, Yavan Brar, continues to advise the senior management team of Embed Signage Ltd (“Embed”), a dynamic and fast-growing audio-visual digital signage provider, as it positions itself for long-term growth.

Established as a cutting-edge provider of digital signage software, Embed has rapidly gained traction across the retail, hospitality and corporate sectors. Distributed through a global network of trusted resellers, Embed’s cloud-based software is now used by thousands of businesses worldwide.

With ambitions to scale further, the senior management team have engaged Herrington Carmichael to provide strategic legal advice as part of their growth journey. As part of this collaboration, Herrington Carmichael have facilitated a series of in-depth growth workshops with the team and have developed a tailored business plan designed to support the growth of Embed.
