Herrington Carmichael’s corporate team advised Anglotech on three further strategic acquisitions, with an aggregate value of more than £7 million

Anglotech has completed yet another three strategic purchases in the last few months bringing its total number of acquisitions to 15. It has most recently acquired Fleet Managed Print Solutions Ltd (Fleet MPS), Solutions in Technology Limited (SIT), and Solutions in Technology (IT) Limited (SIT IT). Both SIT and SIT IT are two separate legal entities which comprise one trading business (being Solutions in Technology).

Fleet MPS is a highly regarded managed print services provider based in Tonbridge, Kent that helps organisations control, optimise, and modernise their document‑printing environments. They have a strong and diverse service offering which will consolidate Anglotech’s capabilities, including managed print solutions, document management, software integration, print audit, scanning solutions and document security. This acquisition will greatly help expand Anglotech’s offering in the region and assist it in providing an excellent service to both its current and new clients.  

Solutions in Technology is one of the UK’s largest independent office equipment providers based in South Wales, with a focus on managed IT support, business telephone systems, CCTV & security services, and software integration. With over 25 years of experience in helping businesses and local governments, Solutions in Technology represents an exciting expansion by Anglotech into the Welsh market as well as offering an exciting new avenue for their existing customers.
