Financial Director

Adam is the Finance Director at Herrington Carmichael, having joined the firm as Financial Controller in July 2021. In his current role, he is responsible for maintaining the firm’s financial stability and also serves as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA).

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in October 2016 and earned his ACCA qualifications while working in an accountancy practice. He later transitioned into the commercial sector to broaden and apply his expertise in a dynamic business environment.

As the Finance Director, Adam leads the Finance, HR, and Compliance teams, playing a key role in the firm’s strategic and operational leadership.
