Charlotte Keeper

Charlotte Keeper is a Solicitor at Herrington Carmichael. Charlotte deals with a range of commercial real estate matters – mainly focusing on landlord and tenant matters and acquisitions / disposals of commercial properties.
After graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a first-class law degree, Charlotte then joined Herrington Carmichael where she has since passed her SQE1 exams with the University of Law and has achieved her two-year commercial property focused qualifying experience within the Real Estate department.
In her spare time Charlotte enjoys watching live music and spending time with her friends and family.
Experience
- Acting for a National car rental company on their portfolio of properties – including new Leases, Renewal Leases, Agreements for Lease, Underlettings, Licences for Alterations, Deeds of Variation and Deeds of Surrender – often to tight timescales.
- Assisting with the sale and purchase of numerous commercial properties over the value of £1 million.
