Christine is a senior legal professional with extensive international corporate governance and corporate law knowledge. She is providing bespoke Corporate Governance advise, including Corporate Governance assessments, tailored Corporate Governance principles as well as training to boards and staff on Corporate Governance topics to our clients.

Christine is responsible for the Corporate Governance practice of the firm and is heading the Corporate Secretariat team.

She is a native speaker in German and holds an LLM from Boston University, a Masters in Law from the University of Vienna and is a solicitor admitted to the bar in Frankfurt/Germany.

In her free time Christine enjoys going to the gym, getting some governance into her family or winding down in one of the nice old coffee houses in her hometown Vienna.
