Partner, Dispute Resolution

Edward is a Partner in our Disputes Resolution Team.

He is a specialist real estate dispute resolution lawyer with 24 years’ experience in London and Home Counties law firms covering all types of disputes relating to commercial and residential property including business tenancy renewals, title & boundary disputes, overcoming land development obstacles, service of notices, dilapidations, rent reviews, co-ownership conflicts, conveyancing irregularities, tenant and squatters eviction, service charge disputes, RTM Companies, insolvency, debt enforcement, building & construction disputes and professional negligence.

Edward is also experienced in dealing with contract and business disputes together with general commercial litigation. He has a particular interest in resolving wills & probate disputes and actions for/against executors and trustees.

Outside of the office Edward enjoys tennis, sailing and the occasional triathlon. He lives with his wife and two young children in Hampshire where they are reinvigorating a neglected old property.
