Hannah is a Solicitor within the Real Estate Team, having qualified from her training contract in September 2024. Hannah has been with the Firm since October 2018, first working as a Completions Assistant in the Residential Property Department and moving into the role of Plot Sales Supervisor where she had worked until September 2022. Hannah also achieved a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course and Masters while working full time at Herrington Carmichael.

Hannah has a lot of experience in land development transactions, from acquisition, planning agreements and through to plot sales and now focuses on property finance including development finance, bridging, mezzanine, refinancing and investment for all property.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys keeping fit and finding new shows to watch.
