Harry Winkley
Solicitor
Harry is a Solicitor within the Corporate Team, having qualified from his training contract in September 2024. Harry advises clients on a variety of corporate matters and specialises in mergers and acquisitions particularly for professional and regulated firms (such as law firms, financial advisory firms, insurance and accountancy practices).
Harry graduated from the University of Leeds with a First-Class Honours Degree in Law and obtained a Distinction in the LPC from the University of Law.
Harry is a keen footballer who can regularly be found scoring goals for his local football club Sandhurst Royals or watching his beloved Birmingham City.
