Hayley joined the Real Estate team in December 2023 from a top 20 UK law firm and specialises in all aspects of Landlord and Tenant commercial transactions. She has a decade’s worth of experience advising on a range of Real Estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, lettings, and corporate-support property work.

Hayley also has extensive experience in advising property investor clients in direct investment and the active portfolio management of various assets, including industrial estates, logistics assets, shopping centres, retail parks and office buildings. She equally enjoys working alongside either Landlords or Tenants on their individual lettings and property needs, both businesses and private individuals alike.

In her spare time Hayley enjoys travelling and skiing holidays and spending time with her friends and family. Hayley likes to keep fit and can be found at the gym or running about after her young son.

  • Acting on the disposal of a complex portfolio made up of 13 Industrial Estates and comprising over 150 individual tenants
  • Acting on the acquisition of a single-tenanted builder centre for a Property Investment Company with financing and the later disposal of the asset
