Katherine Bridge

Katherine is a Solicitor in the Employment team, advising both employees and employers on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR matters.

Katherine advises businesses on contractual terms during a company takeover or business merger, and protecting business interests, including restrictive covenants and injunctive relief. She is diligent in her work on ensuring her clients’ policies and contracts are up-to-date and in line with regulations.

Katherine also advises employees on navigating workplace disputes and dismissals. She has had success representing clients in the Employment Tribunals on disability discrimination, failure to make reasonable adjustments and sexual harassment.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Katherine worked in the commercial sector in the UK and the Middle East and takes a pragmatic and commercial approach to advising clients.
