Lara Drijver
Resourcing Operations Manager
Lara Drijver is Herrington Carmichael’s Resourcing Operations Manager, leading talent acquisition, supporting colleagues throughout the employee lifecycle and supporting the firm’s continued growth. She holds a BA (Hons) in Law with Criminology and a Level 5 CIPD Diploma, bringing together HR, operational and people management expertise.
Before joining HC, Lara built her operational leadership experience with Hilton Hotels, developing a strong foundation in people, process and performance management. She is also fluent in Spanish!
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, exploring the countryside with her dog and catching up on the latest crime thriller series.
