Liz Hailey assumed the role of Head of the Real Estate Department in June 2023, bringing over 20 years of experience as a specialist lawyer in Real Estate, having practised since 2001. Throughout her career, Liz has represented a diverse range of clients, including tenants and landlords, lenders and borrowers, investors, property companies and funds, as well as developers.

With extensive expertise across all aspects of Real Estate law, Liz has spearheaded the growth of the development finance, care home, and storage sectors. Her areas of specialism include complex development sites, secured lending, and a variety of mainstream commercial property matters.

Liz understands that the goal for her clients is not only achieving the right legal outcomes but also completing transactions in a timely and efficient manner. In addition to her technical expertise, Liz is known for her ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver swift responses.
