Melissa Deutrom

Melissa joined our Corporate team in 2017 and advises clients on a variety of corporate law matters including acquisitions and general corporate advisory matters.
Melissa is also responsible for leading the firm’s business ownership offering and frequently advises clients in relation to bespoke Shareholders Agreements, LLP Agreements as well as advising clients in relation to the corporate law aspects of the set up of their Family Investment Companies.
Melissa graduated with a degree in Law before achieving a distinction on the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2015.
An avid traveller, Melissa loves exploring abroad (when her annual leave permits!). More locally Melissa can regularly be found playing tennis or attending the theatre.
- Assisting with the completion of a share sale for a £36m turnover company.
- Undertaking the role of Legal Counsel for a client, a technology, health and commercial focused group consisting of 15 trading companies.
- Assisting with and advising in relation to a number of share sales and purchases in the financial services sector with transaction values between £2m and £15m.
- Negotiating and dealing with the corporate aspects of a shareholder exit.
