Owais Imraan

Owais is a Paralegal in the Banking & Finance team, supporting on M&A-related financing, asset-backed lending, and fundraising matters.

Owais holds a First-Class Honours BSc in Economics & Finance, having studied in London and completed a semester abroad in Denmark, where he focused on banking. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience in investment banking at a US financial institution, real estate acquisitions at a European asset manager, and sales & trading in London, providing him with a broad perspective across financial markets and corporate finance.

Outside of work, Owais is a niche fragrance collector, a Sartorialist enthusiast and enjoys talking about watches from time to time. He has a particular interest in technology innovation and philosophy, especially ideas that challenge conventional wisdom and encourage independent thinking.
