Senior Solicitor, Employment
Samuel is a Senior Solicitor within the Employment team. He qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and joined Herrington Carmichael in 2022, having previously worked for specialist employment law practices.
Samuel advises both businesses and senior employees on a broad range of employment law and HR matters. He has significant experience in both contentious and non-contentious work, providing strategic, commercially focused advice on workplace issues, employment disputes and complex people-related challenges. He has particular expertise in employee competition and business protection matters, including restrictive covenants, confidential information, team moves, injunctive relief and the protection of business interests.
Prior to starting his working life, Samuel completed an accelerated two-year law degree at the University of Law in Chester before undertaking his LPC and LLM in Professional Legal Practice.
