Samuel is a solicitor within the employment team. Samuel qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and joined Herrington Carmichael in 2022 having previously worked within niche Employment Law practices. Samuel is an enthusiastic solicitor with experience in contentions and non-contentious matters acting for both employees and employers. Having come from a background of niche employment practices Samuel has significant experience representing and advising individuals including acting in respect of high level negotiated exits and tribunal claims.

Samuel previously completed an accelerated two year law degree with the University of Law in Chester before completing his LPC and LLM with the University of Law in Guildford.
