Zoe Morris is a most accomplished conveyancing solicitor. Faced with an eight week deadline to our buyer’s desired completion date she achieved the nigh impossible objective of selling our listed building within the timeframe. Her assistant Tom Garner ably handled the first three weeks of this period whilst Zoe was on annual leave. On her return we were faced with over forty buyer’s solicitor’s complex questions. Although Zoe had not previously encountered some of the questions regarding Listed Building Consent prior to current legislation, she meticulously checked the legal veracity of my own responses and presented them concisely and conclusively, avoiding expensive indemnity policies. Throughout both Zoe and Tom were always courteous and pleasant to deal with.
