The Property division now contributes almost 30% of the firm’s total turnover and now comprises 74 specialists across Real Estate, Residential Property, New Build, Construction, and Property Dispute Resolution, enabling the firm to provide a truly comprehensive property offering to an ever-expanding client base.
Over the past year, Herrington Carmichael has invested heavily in innovation and operational excellence to ensure it remains at the forefront of the sector. New technologies and internal management systems have streamlined processes and enabled the property teams to manage increasingly complex specialist workloads efficiently while maintaining the high service standards for which the firm has become known.
