Our Corporate team, led by Legal Director, Chris Gemson, advised the Iceking Group on a corporate restructuring exercise. Iceking Group is a family-owned group of companies undertaking various trading, business and investment activities including hospitality, retail and leisure; real estate investment trusts; and residential care activities. It is envisaged that this restructure will lead to an increase in commercial efficiencies for the Iceking Group companies.
