Anna Svensson

Senior Solicitor

Anna is a Senior Solicitor in our Real Estate team and deals with a range of commercial real estate matters – focusing mainly on landlord and tenant matters, and acquisitions / disposals of commercial property. Anna also has experience of secured lending transaction (acting for both lenders and for borrowers) as well as corporate support work.

Anna prides herself in building strong client relationships and providing an excellent service to all her clients, without the legal jargon.

After graduating from University of Surrey, Anna went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at the University in Law in Guildford in 2015. She then joined a London firm as a paralegal, before starting her training contract. Anna qualified as a solicitor in 2019 and joined Herrington Carmichael LLP in 2021.

In her spare time Anna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and keeping fit.
