Led by Liz Hailey (Partner, Real Estate) and Hannah Clouting (Solicitor, Real Estate) the team delivered comprehensive support and advice throughout this transaction including the initial negotiations of the transaction terms and outline of the strategic commercial agreement, to drafting of the lease documentation, dealing with the construction timescales and the title review and investigation of each development site and finally through to completion.
